What is The Value Connection?

Simply put, "The Value Connection" is a way for you to save money on items or services you buy retail all the time. But you won't pay retail with The Value Connection. We offer goods and services from Central Minnesota businesses at a deep discount to you. Typically 20-30%. All you have to do is buy a merchandise or service certificate through the Value Connection and save, save, save! And you can save a number of ways, both online and off-line.


How do I order items?

You can order items several ways with The Value Connection:

-- Online at TheValueConnection.com 
--  At our Value Connection Office at 640 Southeast Lincoln Avenue in St. Cloud between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, or Saturdays from  9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
-- At our desk in the Crossroads Shopping Center located near Target. Open 10:30a to 7:00pm Monday through Saturday, and Sundays from noon to 5pm.
-- At Miller Auto Plaza Reception Desk open 9am-9pm Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 9am to 6pm.
-- On our Value Connection Hotline at 320-258-SAVE.

I'm concerned about giving my credit card on the internet!

We use a secure server and encryption software to keep your credit card information secure. If you have concerns, you can call and place your order at 320-258-SAVE,  Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or Saturdays between 9 a.m. 1 p.m. Central Time.

How is my privacy protected?

We will not give or sell your personal information to third parties. No selling lists. No spam.

If you decide to subscribe to our Value Connection Newsletter, we'll update you twice a week on our Best Values, Weekend Specials and other items we've discounted even lower or otherwise featured. If you would like to subscribe, fill-out the short form on the front page of this website at http://thevalueconnection.com.

How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling charges do vary.  If a shipping charge is applied, it will be noted at checkout prior to completing your transaction.

When will my certificates arrive at my mailbox?

We will process all orders before the end of the business day following your online transaction. If you choose to have your certificates mailed, you should see them in your mailbox within the next five business days from date of purchase. If you do not receive them within that time frame, please contact us. If you need your certificates earlier than that, please consider picking up your certificates at our offices.

What is your return policy?

All sales on THEVALUECONNECTION.com are final. We do not make refunds on orders after payment for your certificates is made. Once a credit card transaction online, or a cash transaction at our business office is made, there will be no refunds.

What are "The Best Values of the Week"?

Each week, we offer several products or services at an even deeper discount -- our "Best Values of the Week."

You can order The Best Values of the Week by phone between 9 a.m. Monday and noon Friday by calling our Value Connection Hotline at 258-SAVE! "The Best Values of the Week" are subject to change without notice.


What are "Weekend Specials"?

Each weekend, we showcase -- and discount -- Value Connection certificates that are part of a theme: holiday specials, seasonal favorites, or special interests. You'll be able to get in on these specials between noon Friday and 9 a.m. Monday.

How long do I have to use my certificates?

There are no expiration dates on our Value Connection certificates.

When can I pick up my order?

Please give us a full hour from the time of your internet order to prepare your certificates.

You have three complete business days from the date of purchase to pick up your certificates.

If you are ordering by phone and are unable to pick up your certificates, we do allow you to send us a check, but it must get to us within those three business days. Otherwise, your order will be deleted and your check will be returned to you. You can make your check payable to:

During which hours may I pick-up my certificates?

You can pick-up your Value Connection orders at our offices on Southeast Lincoln Avenue:

-- Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
-- Saturdays (excluding major holidays), 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
