Here are answers to some of our common questions:

How do I purchase?
You can purchase deals online at thevalueconnectiion.com anytime.  Most deals purchased are for either a certificate or a ticket. You can have them mailed to you; or you can pick them at Townsquare Media, 640 Lincoln Ave SE, St Cloud.

A recent addition to the Value Connection is a number of deals that are noted as “Instant Voucher”.  After purchased, an “Instant Voucher” will show up available to redeem under your account in the “Instant Voucher” tab. Once you’re at the business, you’ll redeem via your phone.  Then present the redeemed “Instant Voucher” screen to the business.

Deals located under the “National Deals from Seize the Deal” heading at the bottom of thevalueconnection.com home page are deals for the merchandise itself.  Merchandise is shipped directly to you (any shipping charges are noted in information above the “add to cart” tab.
 
I’ve ordered online and checked the box for “pickup” .  When can I pick up my order?
Online orders are processed at our Townsquare Media location only and can be picked up during our business hours as soon as 15-minutes from when you order.
When you make a purchase online for pickup we ask that you pick up your certificates or tickets within thirty days.

If I choose to have my certificates mailed, how long will it take?
We generally process all orders within a business day from when you order. It depends on your mail but generally three to five business days from date of purchase. If you do not receive your order within two weeks please contact us at 320-258-7283. If you need your certificates earlier than that, please consider picking up your certificates at our Townsquare Media location on Lincoln Avenue, St. Cloud.

What type of payments do you accept?
At Miller Auto/Marine Plaza Desk, we accept debit and credit cards for payment. At our Townsquare Media location (home location) we take cash, check, debit, or credit cards.  Orders online are paid via debit or credit card.

I'm concerned about giving my credit card on the internet?
We use a secure server and encryption software to keep your credit card information secure. If you have concerns you also have the option to place your order over the phone at 320-258-7283 or over-the-counter at one of our desks.

What is your return policy?
All sales on THEVALUECONNECTION.com are final. We do not make refunds on orders after payment for your certificates is made.
 
What if I have a certificate for a business, and then it closes?
Once we have confirmed that the business is closed and will not reopen, we allow up to six months for you to bring their certificates back to our Townsquare Media location and we’ll exchange them for credit on your Value Connection account toward other deals we have in our inventory.

What are the “Featured Deals of the Week"?
Each week we offer a variety of certificates on sale.  These “Featured Deals of the Week” are discounted further from our regular Value Connection price.  Featured Deals of the week prices run from Monday at noon until Friday at noon.  In rare cases, quantities are limited so shop early in the week to help insure that you don’t miss out.

What are the "Weekend Specials"?
Each weekend, we showcase (and discount) Value Connection certificates that are part of a theme: could be a holiday theme, category theme, seasonal favorites, or special interests. Sale prices run from Friday at noon until Monday at noon.

What are "Limited Time Specials"?
“Limited Time Specials” are certificates that are on sale or available for just a limited time.  They can change back to a higher price or run out of quantity without notice. A “Limited Time Special” is generally noted as such in the name or description of the deal.

How long do I have to use my certificates?
There are no expiration dates on our Value Connection certificates.  (However certificates for an event or season at a business would need to be used within time of event or season noted on the certificate).

How long has the Value Connection been around?
We’ve been around as the Value Connection saving people money since the early 1990s!  We currently have over 400 businesses participating.  Prior to being called the Value Connection, this savings program was around many years before that known as “The Auction.”  It’s a “win” “win” program.  Value Connection customers win by saving money.  Businesses win by building credit to advertise with Townsquare Media by trading their product or service instead of spending cash.
