Backwards Bread Company started in 2016 when artisan baker Travis Harjes and Liz Meyer began offering their sourdough and other artisan breads at select area retail outlets and farmers’ markets.  In February of 2018 Backwards Bread purchased Collegeville Artisan Bakery and added their incredible breads, pastries and signature croissants to their line-up.  And in September of 2019 Backwards Bread opened their new retail bakery outlet in south St. Cloud, making their products available to a wider range of customers.  Their simple mission is to make wholesome baked goods, trading in speed for quality, time, and nutrition.  Visit them at www.backwardsbreadco.us
