In 1983 John Lutgen started Lutgen Companies, formerly Lutgen Siding Co, Inc with one goal in mind, giving back by building a better community. He worked tirelessly to make Lutgen Companies a household name. John and his wife, Lisa, raised their family here and have always called Central Minnesota home. John and Lisa’s son, Sean, worked by his dad’s side for many years before taking over the family business.

Quality and Integrity is essential to our relationship with their customers. To help ensure that every expectation is met and exceeded, an owner has a hand in every project. More than 35 years of hard work and dedication have gone into building what Lutgen Companies is today.
