Burn and Build Fitness Center offers 24-hour access with a variety of cardio equipment, selectorized equipment, free weights, a functional training area, virtual coaching, private coaching and heart rate monitor training. Each member receives a Free Fitness Jump Start Program to make sure they get on the right track to see fast and healthy results
